We are building the security and control layer between organisations and their AI. The category is early, the regulatory pressure is arriving, and we are ahead of it. The people joining now shape everything that follows.
AI security as a category is where cloud security was in 2010. The regulations are arriving, enterprise buyers are asking the questions, and most organisations have no answer. Joining now means your name is on the foundation — not a later floor.
Small teams at this stage do not have the luxury of consequential work being allocated upwards. You own what you build. The architecture you write, the relationships you open, the design choices you make — they become the company.
You work directly with the founder from day one. No approval chains, no quarterly roadmap reviews, no three meetings before a decision. Fast, direct, and high-trust — which is the only way to build something real at this stage.
Engineer #2 on the platform team. Every AI tool call flows through our interception engine — evaluated in real time, policy-scored by an LLM, cryptographically anchored to the blockchain. You will help design the infrastructure that governs how AI agents act in the real world.
The first commercial hire. You will build the pipeline from scratch — no inherited leads, no warm inbound — across the segments that close fastest: AI-native companies selling into enterprise, and mid-market regulated firms with active AI deployments. Everything you close, you open first.
Domain credibility in sales conversations and customer onboarding. You understand the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF at a working level — not as talking points but as frameworks you have applied. You help prospects understand the gap Navige closes, and help new customers use it in a way that satisfies their specific regulatory context.
Build the channel. Consultancies running EU AI Act readiness projects, law firms advising on AI procurement, accounting practices with risk and compliance practices — these firms encounter the problem Navige solves in every client engagement and currently have no operational tool to recommend. You identify, engage, and activate those relationships.
We're building something ambitious. If you have a sharp perspective on AI, security, or a skill we could use, we'd love to hear what you'd bring to the table.
Tell us who you are and what draws you to Navige. Attach anything you'd like us to see.
We read every message personally and will be in touch if there is a fit.
